About Our Referral

Our referral program is a testament to our commitment to building strong relationships with our clients and rewarding them for their loyalty and advocacy.

By participating in our referral program, clients not only help us grow our business but also share the benefits of our remote helpdesk services with others in need of reliable IT support.

How It Works:

  1. Existing clients can participate in our referral program by simply referring friends, family, colleagues, or other businesses to our remote helpdesk service.
  2. They can do this by sharing their unique referral link or code with potential clients, who can then use it to sign up for our services.
  3. Once the referred client becomes a paying customer and meets the program’s eligibility criteria, the referrer client receives their respective reward.
  4. The referrer receives a 12% commission payment of the amount the referred client shall pay for our services.
  5. The referrer shall be able to receive their reward when their pay is above 10,000 Uganda Shillings.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Our referral program is subject to certain terms and conditions, which are clearly outlined to participants.
  2. These terms may include eligibility criteria for both referrers and referred clients, the types of rewards offered, any limitations or restrictions on the program, and the withdraw amount.

Tracking & Accountability:

  1. We use advanced tracking systems to accurately monitor and attribute referrals to the respective referrers.
  2. This ensures transparency and accountability in our referral program, giving participants confidence that they will receive their rewards as promised.
